Sacred space

Maureen has a natural gift for creating sacred space, asking potent questions and revealing nuggets of spiritual gold that we can all share. I loved Suzi’s quick, simple exercise to connect with our innocence and most authentic self before we absorbed messages or conditioning that probably dulled it down. It’s a wonderful way to recognise, then reclaim and nurture that part of ourselves again, even in the middle of a busy day.
