Today’s episode is all about decluttering and it’s effects in your mental health particularly to how it helps with self awareness.
I decluttered my closet as part of spring cleaning up and I’m always amazed at how much clearing out the clutter helps my mental health overall. My anxiety and stress decrease and I feel an overall feeling of relief and joy! i find as we become more self aware and do the work decluttering our spaces becomes an opportunity to look at the areas we’re struggling to move through or let go of emotionally.
Like everything we try to overcome it takes time to get yourself into a new way of being, myself included, change work is hard stuff, but, it's about the journey along the way and what you learn about yourself that matters most.
